I am really grateful to have friends and family in my life who practice the Law of Attraction (LOA). I also had the opportunity of reading many books and watching numerous videos on the subject. But sometimes, it can be overwhelming.

I realised that different approaches works for different people. It’s our job to find out which approach suits us. It’s like figuring out study methods that help us during our academics.  It takes time, but in the end we will have mastered the approach that suits us.

So this is for those people who value the minimalist way of life. Please see below for 5 dead easy exercises that you can practice every day.

1. When paying for something be grateful that you had the money to pay for it.

Being grateful that you have the funds to pay for something helps in increasing your abundance. It also shows gratitude for the money you have. You can think something along the lines of:

“I’m so grateful to have the money to pay for this’ or “I’m so grateful I have more than enough money that I am able to pay for this and so much more.”

It works the same way for bills or services that you pay for. Don’t have a negative reaction when you see a bill. Think thoughts of gratitude for the electricity you have used during the month. If you think about the amount of employees that work in these departments, the salaries they are earning, and the work they are doing. You might have the feeling that the your monthly electricity is great value for money.

2. Be grateful for every meal you eat.

Be grateful for the food you receive. If you are religious, try saying a quick prayer before you eat. This helps increase your abundance levels.

Scientific experiments conducted by Dr. Masaru Emoto showed how positive thoughts can positively alter water molecules. Now image you eating all that goodness every single day.

3. Meditate or do breathing exercises in the morning.

Even if it’s just for 5 minutes! Meditating or doing breathing exercises is well worth your time. For those that can’t meditate try breathing exercises. It really helps calm the mind and gives you a great start to the day. The reason this relates to the Law of Attraction is because it clears your head of negative emotions or worry, even if it’s just for a little while.

4. After waking and before sleeping think of one thing that you are grateful for.

If you can think of more than one thing that you are grateful for, go for it! If not, thing of one thing and really feel the gratitude and positive emotions. Do this when you wake up in the morning and when you sleep at night.

5. Think about one thing you love about yourself

Self-esteem and confidence is such an important aspect of our lives. When we feel good about ourselves we tend to see the world in a different light. This exercise will help build confidence in you and attract a better version of yourself through the Law of Attraction.
