Divine Decoration

Why do we care so much about how other people perceive us? Filtered photos, endless selfies taken at just the right angles. How many likes can we get from strangers on instagram? We give so much attention to something that is subjective.

Are you happy with the way you look? Do not compare yourself with any one else. Now think of the question again. Are you happy?

We should keep in mind that it is normal for some people to think we are gorgeous while others think we are average. Human beings have likes and dislikes. What is important is that we have to like, no – love – ourselves!

Beauty is like a divine decoration which cannot be seen by everyone.

And age old saying is that ‘beauty is in the eye of the beholder’. If someone compliments you, graciously accept the compliment because they have seen something which others were blind to.

Now lets flip this

This time you are the one who is judging someone. Please do not misunderstand me. It is perfectly normal to have certain likes and dislikes. But we should not be rude or hurtful.

I understand a lot of us are not nasty to someone on their face. But even speaking about a person’s looks in a nasty way behind their back is not good. It’s not just unnecessary, it is also creating negative energy for yourself.

Every single being or thing is remarkably beautiful! It just takes the right eye – or frequency – to see it.

Did you experience any of the situations above? Do you know of similar situations? How have you dealt with it? Please comment below.

Wishing you lots of happiness.
